- Dismantling the air filter housing and crankshaft housing ventilation
- Cleaning the carburetor housing and valve covers
- Checking the fuel hoses for cracks and leakage
- Visual inspection and functionality test as to whether the carburetor linkage is free-moving 
- Synchronizing the carburetor group
- Adjusting the CO emission using colortune spark plugs
- Meticulous reassembly and test drive

This service package includes:
- Dismantling

- Replacing old ball bearings with new throttle flap bearings (capsuled)
- Inspect all the jets and, if necessary, replace with the standard jets
- New accelerator membrane
- New set of gaskets, including needle valves
- New screws, including studs (all components made from stainless-steel)
- Sandblasting, galvanizing and chromatizing all pertinent parts
- Meticulous reassembly
